Purpose:

  1.  To receive the report of the Directors
  2. To receive and approve the financial statements of the Club for the period ending March 31, 2023
  3. To elect Directors of the Club
  4. To present awards to skaters of the club
  5. To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting
